San Bernardino Tennis Buddies seasons are offered twice yearly.

If your child is ready to start learning the fundamentals of tennis, then complete the online registration form.

We offer TWO ways for you to signup.

You can either signup using our online registration form or you can download and printout the registration form to mail back with your check.

2.  PRINT OUT REGISTRATION AND MAIL IN. Download the registration form and send via regular mail with your check, please click here to download the form and print it. SPRING 2010 REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
